Faculty Position
Provides instruction in the teaching of a specific subject or field of knowledge and guides student study and learning in that subject field.
This faculty position is a 180 day contract.
At a minimum, the selected candidate must have the following: any bachelor's degree FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant Mechanic certification 3 years experience in the discipline. The preferred candidate will have the following: bachelor's degree in related discipline FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant Mechanic certification 3 years experience in the discipline Related Disciplines:
Education, Technology, Engineering, or relevant science/STEM Possible Exceptions: associate degree FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant Mechanic certification 5 years experience in the discipline For a detailed list of qualifications by discipline please review the faculty credential matrix.
Courses taught to include all AMT courses. Be aware that all applicants, including current Florida State College at Jacksonville employees, are required to attach:
