$55,000 Base Salary + Commission | Full-Time | Travel Required

Your Role:As Regional Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing Retirement Education Specialists across different regions. You will play a critical role in expanding our reach, strengthening our teams, and ensuring our specialists have the knowledge, skills, and support needed to educate individuals about retirement planning in the school systems we are approved in.
Travel:Travel is required in this role for about 2 weeks a month.
