Becoming Collegiate Academy is Jacksonville's first HBCU-inspired elementary school, founded to prepare students for success in college and life. At BCA, we don’t just teach-we inspire. Through exposure to the culture and traditions of Historically Black Colleges and Universities, we empower the next generation of leaders to use their unique gifts to make the world a better place.

In the  school year, BCA will serve Kindergarten-5th grade. As our village continues to grow, we are seeking a Special Education Teacher to provide individualized instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs. Special Education Teachers will design and implement accommodations and modifications, collaborate with general education teachers, and use data to monitor student progress. This role is ideal for educators who are patient, resourceful, and passionate about helping every student reach their full potential.
