Hourly Rate $11.00

The Department of Art and Design is looking for approved FWS students to work in the Ceramic Labs (45/1500 and 1504), and may involve working in dusty rooms and lifting materials (up to 100lbs).
The student must maintain a mature, friendly and professional manner at all times.

You must be a current UNF student who is eligible for and accepts Federal Work Study ( FWS ) funding.
You must be able to:

• Able to mix clay and glazes
• Able to use power tools and able to solve tool malfunctions.
• Have basic knowledge of sculpture processes.
• Keep the lab clean at all times.
• Be available to work nights and weekends.
• Perform other responsibilities in preparing a studio and class materials for daily uses

Enrolled in ceramic classes as a Junior or Senior with knowledge in ceramics processes or will consider Freshman or Sophomore planning to be ceramics major or minor.
FWS can only have one job on campus.
