Quality Assurance Manager​/Power Plants Mechanic

Overview

NSI requires a Power Plants Mechanic to support the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) effort for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) MH‑60R Program in Al Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The position supports maintenance at the squadron level and sustains operations of an RSNF MH‑60R squadron.

• Perform all required inspections and daily maintenance for the MH‑60R squadron in accordance with 4790 requirements.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Power Plants work center.
• Use the Aircraft Integration Maintenance System (AIMS) to track and document maintenance.
• Interface daily with RSNF personnel and provide on‑going ad‑hoc training.
• Ensure production quality of the work center; hands‑on production is expected.
• Maintain professional communication with the RSNF customers and respect their processes.

• Minimum 8 years of power plant experience within an MH‑60R/S squadron.
• Qualified Power Plants CDQAR or QAR; I‑Level on the T‑700 engine preferred.
• Secret Security Clearance; must be a U.S. citizen.
• Proficient with AIMS (commercial version of OMA) and NALCOMIS/OMA.

• Tour of duty: one year with one return trip to CONUS per year; transportation costs paid.
• Work weeks Sunday through Thursday; apartment, vehicle and cell phone provided.
