You will also be responsible for new product launch, working on plant layout for new lines and optimizing tools and engineering equipment, working collaboratively with manufacturing and engineering teams.

• Develop manufacturing processes to improve productivity and efficiency across the plant
• Contribute to various design, development, and manufacturing projects
• Optimize tooling and engineering equipment for specific products
• Play a key role in new product launch and continuous improvement projects

• Experienced Manufacturing or Process Engineer
• Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen experience
• Wants training and progression
