Supplier Quality Engineer/Quality Engineer

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer position for one of our top clients in Jacksonville, FL.

• Collaborate with the client validation engineering team to define and implement validation strategies.
• Review lifecycle development and validation documents, including User Requirements Specifications (URS), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), Design Validation documents, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Traceability Matrix, Development/Characterization Reports, Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), and Validation Reports.
• Support the change control process in the role of Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) or Quality Engineer (QE).
• Lead and support activities with cross‑functional and engineering team partners on large and high‑visibility raw material implementation projects.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality, with a focus on validation or equivalent functions.
• Strong knowledge of validation principles and development of lifecycle documentation.
• Ability to review and assess technical documentation for compliance and completeness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Based in Jacksonville, FL (hybrid work option: 2 days remote/week).

• Experience working in a medical device or regulated environment (ISO, FDA).
• Familiarity with change control processes and quality management systems.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
