Seeking a hands-on Control Systems Engineer with strong PLC and SCADA experience to design, develop, commission, and support industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Rockwell or Siemens PLC platforms and AVEVA/Wonderware SCADA in manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and modify PLC programs (Rockwell Control Logix/Compact Logix or Siemens S7-1200/1500 – TIA Portal)
- Configure and deploy AVEVA/Wonderware SCADA systems
- Design and implement HMI applications (Factory Talk / WinCC)
- Perform FAT and SAT testing
- Integrate field devices, VFDs, and instrumentation
- Troubleshoot and support automation systems to minimize downtime
- Prepare technical documentation and as‑built drawings
- Support lifecycle upgrades and maintenance
- Strong PLC programming (Rockwell or Siemens)
- Experience with AVEVA / Wonderware SCADA
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ether Net/IP, Modbus, Profibus)
- FAT/SAT and commissioning experience
- Control panel design and electrical schematic understanding
- Experience in manufacturing or process industries
