Senior Electrical Engineer

My client is actively seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a Consulting Engineering environment. National MEP Consulting Engineer who oversees the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. This role provides advanced technical leadership, mentors engineering staff, and serves as a senior technical resource within their discipline. The Senior Engineer leads discipline work on medium to large projects and could possibly serve as a project manager on some projects.

• Lead discipline design for medium and large projects, with limited Revituse.
• Delegate moderate to complex tasks and provide technicaloversight.
• Review and approve complex designs, calculations, andsimulations.
• Review high-level product submittals and shop drawings.
• Provide detailed responses to complex
  
  RFIs.
• Conduct targeted site visits to resolve critical fieldissues.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Participate in project meetings as a senior technicaladvisor.
• Ensure project delivery meets schedule, quality, and budgettargets.
• Develop project workplans and adjust as needed for scopechanges.
• Mentor engineers at all levels on technical best practices.
• Provides team leadership support
