Pay Rate: $70K-$80K/annually + 10% annul bonus
OverviewWe are seeking a Quality Engineer with manufacturing experience and strong customer-facing skills. This role supports production, drives quality improvements, and ensures compliance with industry standards—preferably within an aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain quality standards, processes, and inspection plans
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D methodology)
- Support production and attend daily meetings representing Quality
- Analyze quality data using statistical methods and drive improvements
- Handle non-conformances, failure analysis, and corrective actions
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers on quality issues
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Quality Engineering experience with some Manufacturing Engineering exposure
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Experience with root cause analysis (8D)
- Ability to write/revise processes and documentation
- Knowledge of quality systems, inspections, and statistical analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
