SNI Companies has partnered with a growing organization in search of a Stress Engineer
. This position will start out onsite in the Jacksonville area. The position is a contract to hire. Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance or have an active Secret Clearance.

Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of work experience in airframe analysis
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university
- Mechanical or aerospace engineering preferred
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate
- Usable knowledge of aircraft static strength analysis methods, finite element analysis, and strain life fatigue methods
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair practices used in the aerospace industry
- Experience with designing and substantiating aircraft repairs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 10+ years of experience in stress analysis
- Experience with NAVAIR or Air Force engineering and reporting procedures
- Product development work experience as a stress engineer
