Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years civil project management exp
• DOT/Asphalt exp

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Heavy Job, Procore or similar exp
