We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join our dynamic and growing team. • Manage and supervise field crews and office survey staff.
• Prepare and review boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction staking, and as‑built surveys.
• Oversee preparation of plats, legal descriptions, and survey documents in compliance with local, state, and federal standards.
• Perform quality control on field data and final deliverables.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and governmental agencies.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Assist with proposal writing, budgeting, and client communication.
• Mentor and develop junior survey staff.

• Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license; multi‑state licensure a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive surveying experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Expertise in boundary, topographic, construction staking, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
• Proficient in Trimble, GPS, Total Station, and data collectors.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, survey software, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
