Position Title:
Utilities Supervisor
Utilities Operations & Maintenance
Scope of PositionEnsures safe and compliant operation and maintenance of all utility systems in accordance with contract requirements.
Tasks and Capabilities Required- Manage daily O&M for water, wastewater, electrical, and mechanical utility systems.
- Support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response.
- Coordinate with other annex managers and personnel to ensure system reliability.
- Maintain records, logs, and compliance documentation.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience operating and maintaining utility systems of similar size and complexity.
- Must be on-site during Government working hours and available within one hour after hours.
- State utility operator licenses (water/wastewater/electrical) *
- 1-2 years experience with NAVFAC utilities operations highlight desirable *
- CMMS/Maximo proficiency
