• Lead the design, development, and execution of water/wastewater and public infrastructure projects
• Prepare and oversee plans, specifications, and calculations for pipelines, lift stations, and treatment systems
• Review and produce detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress to leadership and clients

• Work on essential infrastructure projects that support growing communities

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• PE license required
• 5–7+ years of experience in water/wastewater or utilities engineering
• Experience with pipeline, lift station, or treatment system design
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, codes, and standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with AutoCAD (preferred) and project management tools
