Environmental Engineer, Civil Engineering
We are seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to join a growing, multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm. This individual will contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of critical infrastructure projects that support sustainable communities.

- Design and support water and wastewater infrastructure projects (treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, distribution/collection systems)
- Perform engineering calculations, modeling, and system analysis
- Prepare plans, specifications, and technical reports
- Coordinate with internal teams across civil, environmental, and other disciplines
- Support or lead project management efforts including budgets and schedules (level dependent)
- Interface with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
- Assist with permitting and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Contribute to proposal development and business development efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- EIT or PE license (or ability to obtain)
- 2–10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
- Experience with treatment design, hydraulic modeling, or utility infrastructure preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, or modeling software (e.g., Water
GEMS, Sewer
GEMS, Info Works) - Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Desire to grow into technical leadership or project management roles
- Clear path to Project Manager, Technical Lead, and Partnership Track
