Windchill Developer
Location: Summit, NJ
Duration: 6 Months
Employment Type: W2 only
Salary Range: $60 $ 64.39/hr
Seeking an experienced Windchill Developer with strong expertise in Windchill PLM customization, enhancement, and technical solution development. The ideal candidate should have experience working in Agile/SAFe environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for technical delivery and support.
< Required Skills & Experience- 6 8 years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Windchill PLM
- Windchill customization and enhancements
- Technical solution design
- Strong Core Java development skills
- Experience with:
- Agile / SAFe methodologies
- Sprint planning
- Story refinement
- Technical design discussions
- Effort estimation
- Ability to:
- Troubleshoot technical challenges
- Provide implementation guidance
- Support team members
- Experience staying updated with:
- Windchill enhancements
- PLM best practices
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Windchill PLM
- Support technical problem-solving and solution implementation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and PI planning activities
- Collaborate with teams on technical design and estimation discussions
- Assist in training team members on Windchill functionalities and enhancements
- Recommend process improvements and best practices for Windchill PLM
