JOB TITLE: Aircraft Structures Maintenance Technician

LOCATION: Jacksonville, FL

PAY RATE: $34/hour

• Perform structural repairs and modifications on aircraft and flight control components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals
  .
• Perform close-tolerance drilling, precision measuring, and composite/metallic repairs
  .
• Install/remove rivets, blind fasteners, hi-locks, bolts, and lock bolts
  .
• Apply primer, paint, Alodine, sealants, and corrosion prevention methods
  .
• Complete maintenance documentation and technical logs
  .

• 3+ years of aircraft mechanic experience (commercial, military, defense, or apprenticeship experience accepted)

• 3+ years reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics
  .

• Ability to perform close-tolerance drilling (.003) and precision measuring (.003).

• Experience with
  metallic and composite aircraft structures
  .

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  .

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience supporting fighter or military aircraft maintenance
  .

• Experience with
  flight controls, structural repairs, and aircraft modifications
  .

• Familiarity with Airworthiness Directives, Technical Directives, and Service Bulletins
  .
