Overview
NSI requires a Senior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Logistics Analyst to support the PMA 299 Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) MH-60R Program Office in Al Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This effort supports Maintenance Management at the squadron level and sustainment of operations using the Aviation Integrated Maintenance System (AIMS).AIMS is a commercial version of OOMA. The candidate will become an AIMS expert through training.
This position supports operations at one squadron in Al Jubail and may include in-country travel to the RSNF Data Center in Riyadh, KSA. The FMS Logistics Analyst will provide data entry, training, interface with maintenance, and assist with maintenance planning and execution using the AIMS tool. The role includes liaison with the FMS customer representing the US Navy and may involve supervision of other NSI employees.
The position supports analysis related to maintenance of aircraft, weapon systems, training, and support equipment, and assists with AIMS software configuration. It also supports logistics, reliability, maintainability, and operational analyses, and provides recommendations for changes to site support (maintenance planning, phased support, manpower and personnel requirements, initial provisioning and material support, support equipment, training and training devices, technical data packaging, handling, storage and transportation, and facilities).
- Become an AIMS expert (with training).
- Provide data entry, training, and interface with maintenance; assist with maintenance planning and execution using the AIMS tool.
- Provide liaison with FMS customer representing the US Navy; potentially supervise other NSI employees.
- Provide analysis in support of maintenance of aircraft, weapon systems, training, and support equipment; assist in AIMS software configuration.
- Assist in logistics, supportability, reliability, maintainability, and operational analyses.
- Provide recommendations for changes to site support including maintenance planning, phased support, manpower and personnel requirements, initial provisioning and material support, support equipment, training and training devices, technical data packaging, handling, storage and transportation, and facilities.
- Security Clearance:
Secret Clearance required; must be a U.S. citizen. - Passport required.
- Education:
Prefer at least an AS or AA degree. - Experience:
Prefer a former Navy "AZ" (preferably MH-60R/S experience) or former MH-60R Maintenance Control experience.
Location:
Jacksonville, FL. When in Jubail, a company-provided furnished apartment, vehicle, cell phone, and fuel reimbursement are provided. A one-year commitment is expected. Jubail is approximately an hour’s drive from Bahrain; current employees often visit Bahrain for rest and recreation (R&R).
