Transportation Project Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the Transportation Group in the preparation of design aspects, including roadway, stormwater management, utility layout, and sizing.

• Preparation of designs and reports
• Performing calculations
• Use CADD/Civil 3D /ORD
• Maintain familiarity with applicable WMD, FDEP, local codes, and requirements, and ensure compliance
• Communicate with project team(s), clients, and agencies
• Perform site visits as needed
• Attend external meetings

• Bachelor's degree in civil or agricultural engineering
• Up to three years of experience with transportation design
• Must have the ability to use AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) for design activities
• Must have the ability to obtain PE Registration within five years of graduation
• Must pass mandatory DMV check
