Senior Project Manager, Power Delivery

The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of electrical infrastructure projects across substation, transmission, and distribution systems.

• Manage and deliver multiple power delivery projects across transmission systems and distribution infrastructure.
• Oversee full project lifecycle, including scheduling and resource planning, budget management and forecasting, and risk identification and mitigation.
• Serve as primary client interface, ensuring successful communication and project delivery.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in P&C, physical, civil, distribution, and SCADA.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality engineering design packages in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor project performance, including schedule adherence, tracking budget and profitability, and quality control.
• Support and lead proposal development, fee estimates, and contract negotiations.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff and support team growth.
• Support business development efforts and help expand client relationships within the power delivery market.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in power delivery projects, including substation, transmission, or distribution.
• Proven experience managing multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience with project budgeting and financial management.
• Strong experience with scheduling and resource allocation.
• Strong experience with client coordination and stakeholder management.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience managing projects in the 15 kV to 500 kV range.
• Familiarity with engineering consulting or EPC environments.
• Experience supporting business development and client growth.
