** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Lead, coach, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines
* Plan, prioritize, and assign maintenance work orders aligned with production needs and reliability targets
* Drive execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
* Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations (OSHA) and company policies
* Troubleshoot equipment failures and lead root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
* Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Planning teams to optimize maintenance schedules and plant efficiency
* Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs such as downtime, PM compliance, backlog, and MTBF
* Oversee accurate documentation of maintenance activities within CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo)
* Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and capital projects to ensure timely and safe execution
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred
* 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Proven experience supervising or leading maintenance teams (2+ years preferred)
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
* Familiarity with CMMS systems such as SAP or Maximo
* Solid understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies
* Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development and safety

* Certification in maintenance/reliability (e.g., CMRP) or technical trade certifications
* Experience supporting capital projects or large-scale plant turnarounds
