Experienced CADD Designer

• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
• 4-6 years’ direct experience preparing construction drawings
• Technical proficiency in all aspects of creating 3D surfaces; road profiles and cross sections; calculating cut/fill volumes; construction plans for grading, drainage, storm water management, erosion and sediment control, water, sewer, utilities; roadway, and related site design; using and manipulating aerial and topographic map files; and, preparing site plans, cross sections and profiles for civil grading and earthwork.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Design Leadership:
  Lead CADD operations with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D while preparing complex engineering and landscape drawings.
• Advanced Technical Production:
  Demonstrate advanced experience in all aspects of CADD design, preparing engineering and landscape drawings in full conformance with VIKA's CADD and design requirements.
• Project Coordination:
  Lead coordination efforts with VIKA Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Planning staff and consultants while preparing engineering documents for assigned project development phases.
• Construction Excellence:
  Apply advanced skills in preparing comprehensive construction drawings for grading, drainage, stormwater management, erosion control, utilities, roadway, and site design with advanced knowledge of VIKA processes and standards.
