• Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably in data center or related construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques, construction materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure and systems is a plus.

• Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits and meetings with stakeholders to gather project-specific information.
• Prepare and present cost analysis reports to management and clients.
