Senior Electrical Engineer [Hybrid]
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role that will allow you to work both remotely and in the office, giving you flexibility to balance work and life. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing complex electrical system design projects from conception to completion, contributing to a wide variety of high‑profile projects with dedicated professionals.

- Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, ensuring they meet all requirements and standards.
- Utilize expertise in Revit to create detailed electrical system designs.
- Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful project completion.
- Apply knowledge of LEED to design sustainable and energy‑efficient systems.
- Review and approve electrical drawings and specifications, ensuring code compliance.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering collaboration and learning.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders promptly and professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical engineering, focusing on complex system design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Proficiency in Revit and other electrical design software.
- Strong project management skills with proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.
- Knowledge of LEED and experience designing sustainable and energy‑efficient systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and creative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable in a hybrid environment, working effectively both remotely and in the office.
