Senior Electrical Engineer [Hybrid]

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role that will allow you to work both remotely and in the office, giving you flexibility to balance work and life. • Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, ensuring they meet all requirements and standards.
• Utilize expertise in Revit to create detailed electrical system designs.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful project completion.
• Apply knowledge of LEED to design sustainable and energy‑efficient systems.
• Review and approve electrical drawings and specifications, ensuring code compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering collaboration and learning.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders promptly and professionally.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical engineering, focusing on complex system design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proficiency in Revit and other electrical design software.
• Strong project management skills with proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.
• Knowledge of LEED and experience designing sustainable and energy‑efficient systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and creative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable in a hybrid environment, working effectively both remotely and in the office.
