WhatYou’ll Do
- Act as Engineer of Record, taking full ownership of electrical designs
- Lead projects as a Project Engineer and/or Project Manager across sectors such as aviation, aerospace, federal, healthcare, corporate, and science & technology
- Collaborate within a multi‑disciplinary design environment to deliver integrated solutions
- Provide quality control reviews and ensure technical excellence across projects
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers, helping shape the next generation of talent
- Support team growth by contributing to hiring and team development efforts
- Coordinate project deliverables and drive projects forward from concept through completion
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (accredited program)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing
- 5+ years of electrical design experience in building systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC and NFPA codes
- Proven ability to lead design teams and manage projects or staff
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Experience with building and site design projects
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Note:
Due to federal contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
- Experience with Revit
- Interest or experience in business development and client engagement
- Ability to obtain multi‑state licensure (NCEES certification is a plus)
