GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented Civil Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our growing land development team in the Orlando office. They will be responsible for mentoring staff, preparing engineering design calculations and construction plans to directly support residential, commercial, and municipal projects, including site grading, stormwater, utility design, details and preparation, and writing drainage and utility reports.
Responsibilities- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Florida land development permitting experience required
- Assisting with proposal and report generation
- The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, including written, oral, and good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work and interface well in a collaborative and detail-oriented project team environment.
- 6+ Years of Experience
- Florida Experience preferred
- B.S. or M.S. Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License or able to obtain within 1 year
- Driver's License (required)
