CAD Drafter​/BIM Technician; MEP Revit

We continued as a full high quality Mechanical Contractor providing HVAC, Plumbing and Medical Gas piping, equipment installations and Certification of Medical Facilities, Hospitals and Nursing Care Centers throughout the state of Florida and beyond as our customers’ needs prevail. We are currently seeking a skilled CAD Drafter with MEP Revit experience to support the design and coordination of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience, be able to create accurate construction drawings, assist with BIM coordination, and collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

The candidate must know how to use Revit MEP and AutoCAD, be able to create shop drawings and As-Built, and create and maintain Revit Families. In addition, this individual should be familiar with Navisworks, ACC, and BIM
360 Glue and understanding Construction blueprints; specifically plumbing.

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP
• Develop coordinated MEP layouts, shop drawings, and as built drawings and maintain Revit Families
• Assist with BIM modeling and clash detection coordination
• Be familiar with Navisworks, ACC, and BIM
  360 Glue
• AutoCAD MEP Fabrication/Revit Fabrication parts experience a must
• Revise drawings based on project manager and field feedback
• Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and document control
• Coordinate with prefab, fabrication, and field installation teams
• Support project deadlines and production schedules
• Participate in coordination meetings when required

• 3 plus years of experience with CAD drafting
• Experience using Revit MEP on commercial construction; specifically plumbing
• Knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems
• Ability to read construction documents and blueprints
• Understanding of BIM coordination processes preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
