Kelly Services is currently seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

Jacksonville (32256), onsite Pay: $25hr and up based on experience; plus benefits and PTO

Hours:

M-F 8 hour day shift

Job Description:

• Maintains and repairs equipment in the Distribution Department to ensure uninterrupted operating capability.
• Provides project support as required.
• Implements modifications and maintains documentation for all equipment.
• Ensures compliance on hazardous material controls and procedures.
• Assists in training of operators in maintaining equipment.
• Develops and maintains preventative maintenance schedules.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Troubleshoots electrical/electronic/mechanical equipment.

Qualifications:

• 2-year technical degree preferred – must have formal training in electrical theory
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to work safely with electricity
• Experience or exposure on continuous production line or distribution material handling equipment.
• Experienced in the use of PLCs and reading electrical schematics.
