Haskell is looking to add a Senior Electrical Engineer in our Jacksonville, Florida headquarters. The team supports multiple markets including Healthcare, Federal, Municipal, Education, Water, Aviation, and Manufacturing.
As a member of the team, you will work on impactful projects that challenge creativity and expand your skill set. Examples of projects this team has contributed to include Boynton Beach City Hall and Library, Bay Care Mease Countryside Hospital Pavilion, Dassault Falcon Jet MRO & Paint Hangar Facilities, and Jacksonville University's River House Pool Complex.
Responsibilities- Design interior lighting, exterior lighting, power distribution, grounding, lightning protection, telecommunications, and security systems
- Document calculations reflecting design compliance with code and client-specific design requirements
- Perform quality control reviews of documents including plans, specifications, and design calculations
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure the project schedule is met and that complete documents are provided for each submission
- Review contractor RFIs, shop drawings, and product submittals
- Provide coaching and mentoring of assigned staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 8+ years of electrical design experience
- Revit experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to excel in a fast-paced team environment

The role requires ordinary ambulatory ability to visit other locations; ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/move light to medium weights (10–50 pounds).
