** What you will be doing: *
* + Work in support of various utility sponsored programs that encourage energy and water efficiency projects are successfully executed
+ Act as customer's advocate to ensure the customer obtains accurate knowledge of program offerings
+ Develop a data driven outreach strategy to recruit and retain new and existing customers to participate in energy and/or water efficiency programs
+ Prospect, identify, and qualify potential energy and/or water efficiency upgrades for customers
+ Increase customer awareness of benefits resulting from utility program incentives
+ Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel. Requirements are between 50% to 80% of the time. (reimbursement for mileage provided)
** What we need you to have (minimum qualifications): *
* + Bachelor's Degree (candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education)
+ 1+ years of experience managing successful client relationships and related project management activities
+ 1+ years in Energy Efficiency, Electrification and/or Water Conservation related role
+ Must have valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
** What we would like you to have: *
* + A background with utilities or commercial products
+
Experience with the energy and/or water efficiency market in Florida
+ Experience working with commercial and/or industrial companies
+
Experience with energy efficiency technologies and practices is highly desirable
+ Economic analysis and familiarity with energy efficiency program implementation
+ Knowledge of the existing network of distributors, contractors and construction companies serving the southeast
+ Experience working on successful energy efficiency programs
+ Utility experience and understanding of Demand Side Management (DSM) program implementation
+ Certified Energy Managers, Certified Lighting Professionals, or Certified Energy Auditors
+
Experience with ENERGY STAR, LEED, and other program platforms
+ Experience performing energy audits and energy savings calculations
+ Proficient with suite of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

** Salary Band Range for this opportunity:*
* ** Although the range below is wider to accommodate growth within the job, this position will have a starting pay range of $55,000 to $60,000 based on % match of qualifications/experience/responsibilities, location, and other.*
