Knowledge of six sigma, lean processes and statistical process control tools. Awareness with standards like ISA-95 Knowledge of Regulatory compliance like 21 CFR part
11, GAMP 4, GAMP5, GxP systems, Knowledge of handling FDA inspections like USFDA, MHRA,EDQM etc. Knowledge on Batch Standards like ISA 88 Knowledge on Alarm Management life Cycle as per ISA

Roles & Responsibilities:
Role – Control System Engineer Responsibilities-Troubleshooting and analysis the current code base on the production issue Coordinate with the offshore team and deploy the change request. Line Analysis and comparison based on Product & process variation Query resolutions based on study Create Application and Line wise URS, FRS & DDS using template shared by Client Dealing day to day plant floor issue like HMI and PLC troubleshooting
