We're looking for a licensed Electrical Project Engineer (PE required) ready to lead technical delivery on high-impact residential and light commercial projects — while mentoring the next generation of engineers.
What You'll DoServe as the primary technical point of contact across Central Processing, Customer Service, and Production Own project delivery — manage teams, meet deadlines, solve problems, and drive account profitability
Shape Scope of Work and pricing for new and existing projects
Guide onboarding for new clients and projects, defining workflows and schedules from day one Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and construction documents
Provide quality control and technical accuracy across construction documents
Serve as technical consultant to clients and respond to RFIs and submittals during construction
Mentor and develop Engineers and Designers on your team
What You Bring Professional Engineer (PE) license - required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering - required5+ years of design experience
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit or applicable discipline-specific software
Advanced knowledge of construction techniques and codes
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Bluebeam RevuA leader's instinct for balancing multiple projects under pressure, without losing sight of the details
