- Own the technical execution, accuracy, and quality of engineering deliverables for assigned projects
- Perform and review engineering calculations, specifications, and construction documents
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and internal quality requirements
- Serve as a technical problem-solver for complex or non-standard design challenges
- Sign and seal work as required
- Manage engineering workflow and technical deliverables across assigned projects
- Drive schedule planning and forecasting in coordination with Project Managers and operations
- Track project progress, deliverables, and milestones to support on-time delivery
- Coordinate engineering scope and priorities with internal stakeholders
- Participate in and lead technical discussions with customers, partners, and consultants
- Manage external correspondence with customers, trade partners, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
- Support customer meetings by providing technical expertise and solutions
- Enforce quality control standards and conduct technical reviews
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and constructability issues
- Support delegated contract review and technical risk evaluation
- Mentor and guide Staff and Associate Engineers
- Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and training efforts
- Implement process improvements, tools, and workflow enhancements
- Use available resources efficiently and effectively
- Perform other duties as assigned
