- Assist the Government Security Construction Manager and Site Security Manager by verifying, testing, and accepting collateral equipment to ensure mission requirements.
- Surveil materials, storage, and movement activities, communicating issues for resolution.
- Coordinate receipt, inventory, and storage of materials; coordinate with Transportation Manager for shipments to support construction dates.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and supervision of collateral materials to ensure compliance.
- Provide direct advice to field personnel on construction-related activities and communicate issues to the Site Security Manager.
- Attend meetings as required and convey requirements or issues.
- Maintain a current Top-Secret Clearance (SSBI or T5) within the last 6 years and be DCID 6/4 Eligible for the duration of performance.
- Familiarity and knowledge of established security protocols and challenges in assembling high security systems.
- Completion of the CST/CAG (Construction Security Technician/Cleared American Guard) course or equivalent.
- Completion of an applicable TSCM (Technical Surveillance Counter Measures) course or equivalent.
- Valid certificate for a forty (40) hour or greater CST Training Course taken within the last 5 years.
- U.S. citizen with Top Secret security clearance.
- Trained in Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) skills.
- Maintain a Top-Secret Clearance (SSBI or T5) within the last 6 years and be DCID 6/4 Eligible for the duration of performance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
