Housekeeper - PART TIME Weekends

Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to provide light cleaning and resident support our apartment community conveniently located in downtown Jacksonville. This is an entry-level position working weekend shifts only and is ideal for candidates of all experience levels. The role allows for downtime between tasks and can be a great fit for students or individuals looking for supplemental weekend work.

• Swiffering and/or vacuuming floors
• Wiping down surfaces
• Restocking supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the shift
• Communicate any facility issues or concerns to management
• Greet residents, visitors, and vendors
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls; document and relay messages as needed
• Address general inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate staff members
• Receive and sign for deliveries and packages as required
