Usher; OPS Part Time

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patrons in a courteous and professional manner, helping to create a positive and memorable experience.
• Direct guests to appropriate seating. Monitor theater entrances, aisles, and exits to ensure patron safety and compliance with venue policies.
• Provide accurate information about the performance, facilities, and emergency procedures as needed.
• Assist with lobby setup and breakdown under the direction of the House Manager.
• Remain attentive and responsive to patron needs and venue requirements throughout the event.
• Support crowd control and manage audience flow before, during, and after performances.

This position requires a background check. In conjunction with the University's policy, this position may also require a credit check.
