Backyard Breaks is seeking a Talent Scout to identify, recruit, and pipeline on-camera talent for our live streams in the sports card and collectibles space. You will influence who appears on-air daily and help shape our live entertainment standard from Fort Lauderdale, FL, in-person, Monday–Friday with some travel.
This high-touch, relationship-driven role requires building diverse pipelines across social channels, card shows, and industry events to fuel our on-air roster and brand growth.
