Emser Tile is seeking a customer-facing associate to serve as the primary contact for builders, designers, contractors, and walk-in customers. You will greet clients, resolve inquiries and process orders in the JDE system while maintaining accurate records.
Work with the Branch Operations and Sales teams to meet branch goals, support showroom activities, and manage warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping. Flexibility to assist as needed is essential.
