Jacksonville Icemen In‑Arena Host

will work with the Game Operations team to deliver an engaging fan experience, serving as an in‑arena host and on‑camera personality for all preseason, regular season, and playoff home games.

• Execute live game entertainment elements, including on‑ice promotions, fan contests, and sponsored activations as outlined in the game script and rundown.
• Attend pre‑game meetings with the Game Operations team to support the successful execution of all game presentation elements.
• Conduct themselves professionally in all interactions with staff, guests, and the public, including activity across social media channels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience of hosting and/or announcing experience preferred, with game entertainment experience considered a plus.
• Strong, professional on‑camera presence and ability to engage audiences in a live event environment.
• Applicants must submit a demo reel for consideration.
• Availability for all 36 home games, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to generate energy and connect with audiences through voice, personality, and presence.
• Adaptable, coachable, and highly motivated self‑starter.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
