• The ideal candidate has 3+ years of FP&A experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Accounting/Finance)
• Healthcare/Hospital System industry experience preferred

• Own ongoing financial analysis and reporting for assigned areas, with a focus on understanding trends and performance drivers
• Develop analytical models and tools to support planning, scenario analysis, and decision support
• Review results against expectations and surface key observations, risks, and opportunities
• Summarize complex data into clear, concise insights for leaders outside of finance
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business activity and resource usage
• Contribute to the refinement of planning, reporting, and analytical processes over time
• Support leadership requests, planning initiatives, and special analyses as they arise
