Analyst Finance, In-Venue Retail

Responsibilities

* Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts; gather inputs from stakeholders and ensure data accuracy.

* Support the month-end close process to ensure financial accuracy.

* Update and maintain financial models and templates under guidance from senior team members.

* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare routine financial reports for leadership, highlighting key trends and variances.

* Maintain and update financial models related to labor, product margin, sales, and operating expenses.

* Provide financial support to operations teams, including basic training and analysis.

* Conduct ad-hoc analyses to evaluate performance drivers, new initiatives, or operational changes.

* Track and monitor capital expenditure and technology budgets for accuracy.

* Collaborate with merchandising and operations teams to assess financial impact of promotions and pricing strategies.

* Maintain and improve existing reports, scorecards, and data sources to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

* Help identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

* 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related functions (experience with technology or IVR operations preferred).

* Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).

* Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings in a straightforward way.

* Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
