Job Title Clearing and Settlement Analyst
Corporate Title Associate
Location Jacksonville
As part of the Trade Confirmations & Settlement Operations team, you will work to confirm and settle Foreign Exchange (FX) trades with Global clients for Deutsche Bank. You will partner with internal teams to reduce financial & reputational risk to the Bank and support the team to achieve efficiency targets and reduce non-value activities. You will act as first level contact with the client and reflect Deutsche Bank values in day-to-day behavior.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Manage accurate and timely confirmation execution and trade settlement for global clients
- Ensure that all activities and exceptions are handled as per market deadline and KPI benchmark standards
- Escalations are done appropriately, as required by the process
- Foster and maintain communication channels with internal and/or external teams to ensure deliverables are met with standard procedures in a timely manner
- Ensure that all queries/first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the pre-specified time frames
- Keep Team Manager informed of exceptional occurrences to enable appropriate action
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant working experience in investment bank – preferably in Derivatives
- Should understand Derivatives workflow
- PC literate (Word, Excel – macro, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Time Management and Stress Management skills
- Assist the team in decision making and act as backup for the Team Manager
- Analytical ability to analyze processes for re-engineering opportunities
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask
The Bank’s expectation is that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. You should be willing to travel to India for training for 2-3 months and get trained in US market hours.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $48,000 to $74,000. Actual salaries may be based on factors including, but not limited to, candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
