Tax Reporting Manager

The Tax Reporting Manager will play a key role in supporting the Group’s tax reporting and accounting functions, with a strong focus on tax provisions, disclosures, and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to deepen technical expertise in tax reporting while working closely with management and cross-functional partners across Finance, Treasury, and Tax Advisory.

The ideal candidate is analytically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex tax structures and transactions that directly impact the Group’s financial results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or Master’s in Tax a plus).
• Experience in tax reporting and compliance, including preparation or review of corporate and partnership tax returns.
• Strong understanding of tax provisions, deferred taxes, and effective tax rate drivers.
• Ability to evaluate tax positions and understand their future financial and reporting implications.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to support reporting, compliance, and business transactions.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and transaction structures.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and research across multiple data sources.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and articulate confidence levels to stakeholders.
