Operational Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic, detail oriented and analytical Securities Operations Analysts for a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension for one of the world’s leading Tier 1 banks. • Assist in pre-matching future-dated trades
• Confirm cash values of trades with external clients
• Apply verified cash values within internal systems
• Process cash payments in the market and ensure timely settlement
• Support daily management of risk items, settlement exceptions, and exposure reporting
• Process recall requests, journals, and wire entries
• Review and resolve reconciliation breaks
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Adapt to evolving business and regulatory requirements through strong system and market awareness

• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage high volumes of work
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to escalate issues promptly and appropriately
• Thrives in high pressure and fast paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Previous experience within a securities lending operations environment (preferred)

$24.60 per hour
