Monday, Wednesday and Friday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)

Role:
Back office support of Mortgage Services Department which includes but is not limited to post-closingmortgage file review, mortgage loan servicing and other support activities.
- Perform detailed post-closing review of all in-house mortgage files to verify accuracy ofdocuments, compliance of underwriting conditions, and all state and federal regulations andsubmit monthly post-closing reports.
- Manages incoming trailing documents, maintaining clear and accurate documentation on the progress and disposition of loan files.
- Performs weekly follow-up and reviews with branch staff and settlement companies formissing or outstanding documents.
- Maintain working knowledge of Credit Union's policies, procedures, mortgage loan standards,mortgage products, rates and governmental regulations pertaining to mortgage loans.
- Complete annual property tax audits within prescribed time guidelines. Assist supervisor with
HELOC reviews on as needed basis.
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education(1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or(3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skillsacquired through an apprenticeship program.
