This is a full-time, on-site Controller role based in Jacksonville, FL. The Controller will oversee all aspects of the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Daily responsibilities include managing financial reports, monitoring budgets, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, preparing tax filings, and optimizing financial processes. The role requires strong collaboration with department leaders and upper management to support decision-making and achieve organizational goals.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experience with compliance and tax regulations
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in an on-site, collaborative environment in Jacksonville, FL
• Previous experience as a Controller or in a senior financial role is highly desirable
