Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a highly skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to manage and oversee various aspects of financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, reconciliations, and accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely payments.

- Manage associated payroll payments, including taxes, child support, and other deductions.

- Reconcile payroll accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

- Review accounts payable invoices for accuracy and address discrepancies.

- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily bank activities for any irregularities.

- Record, code, and reconcile credit card transactions and receipts.

- Maintain consistency in reconciling payable accounts linked to payroll.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies. Requirements - Proven experience in payroll processing, including handling deductions and reconciliations.

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) processes and invoice management.

- Expertise in bank reconciliations and monitoring financial transactions.

- Familiarity with credit card receipt entry, coding, and reconciliation procedures.

- Demonstrated ability to reconcile payroll accounts and maintain accuracy.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in accounting software and tools.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
