As the Vice President of Finance, you ll lead all financial operations of the business, managing a finance and accounting department of 20–25 employees and overseeing a $100M annual budget
. You ll direct budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management while delivering timely, accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making. You ll also drive efficiency and scale by improving processes, implementing automation and technology, developing a high-performing finance team, and leading all M&A activities—from financial diligence and valuation through post-acquisition integration—in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

What does it take to be a successful Vice President of Finance at Turner Pest Control? For starters, you re a strategic, results-driven financial leader with a strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions, including deal execution, negotiation, and purchase price allocation. You bring deep knowledge of financial systems and integrations within a broader ERP environment, along with experience building data warehouse and business intelligence solutions that drive smarter decisions.

You ll also have a passion for developing teams, creating impactful financial training materials, and leading both ongoing and ad-hoc training to elevate financial acumen across the organization.

You ll also have...

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 7+ years of senior-level finance leadership experience, ideally within a service-based or growth-oriented organization
• Proven experience serving as a trusted financial advisor to executive leadership and boards in a global or multi-entity environment
• Strong technical accounting expertise, including U.S. GAAP, corporate governance, and working knowledge of IFRS
• Hands-on experience across finance, accounting, tax, FP&A, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial systems
• Demonstrated success leading M&A activities, including due diligence, integration, and scaling financial operations post-acquisition
• Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing finance and accounting teams
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to deliver actionable insights
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise financial systems
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a results-driven mindset
