We are currently licensed in Michigan, Ohio, Florida, North Carolina and Texas, with South Carolina and Georgia pending! We work with a variety of lenders/family offices/private equity groups that can virtually offer any loan program under the sun. We work as a family, we take care of each other, and we hold each other accountable.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Jacksonville, FL, with the flexibility to work remotely. The Mortgage Loan Officer will assist clients in securing mortgage loans by evaluating financial information and recommending appropriate loan products. Core responsibilities include assessing borrower eligibility, analyzing credit and income, preparing loan applications, and ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines. The role requires fostering strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and effectively communicating throughout the loan process.
